These policies are subject to change. It is your responsibility to read these policies before booking services with Relaximus Maximus.

Cancellation Policy

Here at Relaximus Maximus we do our best to respect your time and we ask that you do the same for us.

We ask all clients to book with a $30 non-refundable deposit to hold their spot on the calendar. If something were to come up we will be able to move your treatment time within a 48 hour or more notice to the prior scheduled treatment. Each client has the option of paying in full prior to the treatment or paying the balance at the time of their appointment. If you choose to pay your balance in person please bring cash, or have the Venmo app or Apple pay set up on your phone.

If you are redeeming a gift certificate please be aware when you book your treatment there will be a $30 non-refundable amount taken from that certificate to book the treatment. If you were to cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will lose that $30 deposit. We will be happy to uphold the remainder of the gift certificate balance at your next appointment.

If you are a no call no show we will charge your card on file the full service price.

If you arrive at your treatment and appear to be intoxicated we will ask you to leave the premises, no exceptions, and you will be charged the full service fee.

If there is any sexual misconduct the treatment will be stopped, you will be asked to leave the premises, and you will be charged full service fee.
